Alessandro, Lorenzo and family were excellent hosts, and the bottle of prosecco on arrival was a nice surprise. They were contactable almost immediately when we needed them. They gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations in the area (try the 5 course tasting menu at Stazzo Lo Ciaccaru and the meat restaurant Aruna Churrascaria porto Cervo). The house is fully air conditioned and beds are really comfortable. We were also given good information on the area in a well organised book. We were invited to eat some of the delicious figs, peaches growing in the garden and used the chills and herbs for cooking - which was a nice touch. The house cats and tortoise helped to keep my daughter entertained during our stay. Overall, this house will give you the chance to stay in one of the nicest areas of Sardinia more cost effectively than some other villas. "
